The location was ok far enough away from the main street traffic, but close enough to Metro and places to eat. Rooms were clean. Day reception clerk was very helpful and friendly.

Better maintenance is needed in the room: broken furniture, Television remote was broken and vent in the bathroom was missing. The night reception clerk was asleep and missed giving us our wake-up call, thank goodness for the barking dogs, they made sure we got to the airport in time.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and showed a positive attitude throughout our stay. the room, though slightly outdated, was clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a terrace. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including meat, cheese, cereals, fresh fruit, and customizable eggs. the hotel also provided a lunch packet for us to take with us, along with a complimentary cup of coffee before leaving.

There were some concerns about the safety of the neighborhood, particularly during the night due to the presence of wild dogs. It is advisable to be cautious and ask the taxi to drop you off before reaching the hotel to ensure a safer experience.

Frankly Nothing except the jacuzzi.

Cheap hotel, cheap room, cheap furniture, cheap amenities, nothing in room not even tissue napkins. The bathroom amenities consisted of 1 soap and 1 shampoo and 1 set of towels. That hotel doesn't deserve a 3 stars grade.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast options were varied and tasty. The location was convenient, being close to the city center.

Very large rooms, free internet and good breakfast, which was included in the price. Omelets were made to order. Courteous staff were very helpful with setting up tours and providing directions. Only 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station; 2 minute walk to trams.

Stray dogs outside of property (tried to attack my daughter). Bathroom door and the doors connecting our room and the kids room did not close. Television did not work all of the time.

This hotel has jacuzzi in every room, this is the main reason I chose it.

The underground parking is very small, and it will be kind of difficult to get out.

This level of service was much appreciated.

One downside of the hotel was its distance from the city center. However, it was easy to take the underground or a taxi to get there quickly.

A great hotel at a very reasonable price. The room was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and happy to give us lots of advice and help us out. Breakfast was great. Location was good for the metro and the tram and it was easy to get to the city centre. I would highly recommend the Hotel Bristol.

Certainly the positive and helpful attitude of the staff. The room is maybe a little “old looking” but clean, with airco and a terrace. Pitty the bubble bath didn't work. The breakfast buffet has different choices (like) (of) meat, cheese, serials, fresh fruit, youghert, and eggs are served the way you order them. We had to leave early in the morning ; a lunch packet was made, including coffee offered before leaving. A service we certainly appreciated.

The hotel is not so close to the city center. Best you take the underground, and if your late sure take a taxi (about 8/10 Lei or 2/2,50 €). Bucharest is plenty of wild dogs, and this is not different in this neighbourhood. As the streets around the hotel are mostly empty during the night (except from the wild dogs), its sure much safer to be put off before the hotel door.
